Booking & Cancellation Policy
The salon is closed over the weekend, so you must give appropriate notice for appointments on Monday/Tuesday where applicable.
If there is a question you would like to ask please call the salon on +64 27 373 8447.
Rachel may not answer the phone if she is busy with clients, so please leave a message.
Deposit Policy:
A payment card is required to schedule this appointment or service. Your card will be charged a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is taken on all bookings.
Your deposit will be held for your next booking.
You will lose your deposit should you change, reschedule or cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy:
We realise that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments.
If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, we request at least 48 hours’ notice, where possible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% unless we are able to fill your appointment.
Late Appointment Policy:
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. If you are running late get in contact with the salon to notify us.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be able to get their full service
Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to pay 100% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Cancellation Policy:
We have a strict No Show Policy. If you do not show up for an appointment
without any communication, you will be charged 100% of the missed scheduled service..
Salon cancellation policy:
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment (due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances). Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
Refund & Adjustment Policy
At RH Hairdressing, we are committed to ensuring that our clients leave with hair they absolutely LOVE. Your satisfaction is of the greatest importance to us and we take pride in creating an open and safe space, one you can confidently return to for any changes you desire.
We want to help you feel amazing every time you visit us and are dedicated to ensuring you receive a service that exceeds your expectations.
Service Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your hair or service, we encourage you to reach our to us within 7 days of your appointment.
Adjustments
Simply give us a call/email/DM & we will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist to ensure you are completely satisfied. This is if you have contacted us within 7 days. We do not offer adjustments or redos for a change of heart or mind.
